Article 35
Health related rights

(1) Every citizen shall have the right to receive basic health care free of charge from the state and no one shall be deprived of emergency health care.
(2) Every person shall have the right to receive information regarding his health treatment.
(3) Every citizen shall have the right to equal access to health services.
(4) Every citizen shall have the right to access to clean drinking water and sanitation.
